The Rockies

The majesty of the great Rocky Mountains is impossible to describe. This grandiose handiwork of God is beyond description and truly must be seen to be fully appreciated. We have spent the past two days in one of the nicest RV Resorts in which we have ever stayed. It is called Tiger Run Resort and is located between Breckenridge and Frisco, Colorado. I included a picture of our site and the view out the back toward the mountains. I also have included some pictures from Vail which we found to be a most quaint and fun place to visit. Obviously, the real activity takes place in the winter with all of the skiing enthusiasts, but we had a great time just strolling through the streets of Vail Village and looking in all of the shops. We also drove up to Bachelor Gulch to see the Ritz-Carlton that Walt spend so much time marketing and discovered what a magnificent place it is. The weather could not be beat. The past two mornings saw the early temperature in the mid 30's with highs of about 68! We won't see that again for a while. We just arrived in Moab, Utah where the temperature is 99! Quite a change.
